Once parts are machined by DPC we can arrange finishing processes including bead blasting and various plating and coating processes.
We have bead blast facilities in-house and have approved sub-contractors capable of meeting our high standards for plating and coating processes.
Dawson Precision also has facilities for small assemblies reducing the post machining handling to the customer.
Due to the nature of some of the parts we produce, correct and careful packaging of our products is vital to maintain the quality of the parts.
DPC has established an efficient packaging system ensuring the integrity of the parts from production right through to delivery.
